Its very important to know what you like or what is it that gives you great motivation at work. Try and do more of that at work. Also whatever you do, give it your best shot. Put all your heart and soul into things that you have chosen for yourself. At the end of the day you need to feel happy about the work that you have done and it should motivate you to come back to it the next day too.
