Project planning: develop comprehensive project plans, outline scope, objectives, timelines and budget allocation.
Team leadership: leading and motivating team members while assigning tasks and ensure everyone understands their roles and responsibilities
Stakeholder management: communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, team members, executives, and other relevant parties to ensure alignment and manage expectations.
Risk management: identifying potential risks to the project and developing strategies to mitigate them as well as addressing issues as they arise during project execution
