Senior Operations Manager
We have various virtual town halls / all hands / and other meetings by the senior leaders in the business, where you can learn more about other part of business. Also, senior leaders promote development opportunities through the various training programs run by the L&D team.
There are mentor-mentee programs where you can choose a senior leader in your respective dept or a different dept who will be able to coach you for period of time.
