If I understand your question correctly, you are looking for both work life balance and hybrid working. Yes I do enjoy both and have been working with _VOIS for past 9 years. I have been privileged to avail similar work policy around which benefit employees. Post Covid we have come up with various personas as per the business needs.
We do have an option to work from home for certain number of days in a year. We have an excellent maternity and paternity leave policy which is one of the best in the industry. We have sabbatical policy in place where people can engage and pursue their passion or take up higher education. This has to comply with timelines and our deliverables.
